Mold behind kitchen cabinets

This project remediated mold growth which was occurring behind some Kitchen cabinets, near a sink.  This is a very common problem because the leak can go undiscovered for a significant amount of time.  Mold grows very well when there is constant moisture, low air flow, organic substances and an average indoor temperature.  All these preferences are fulfilled behind cabinets.

Our team of certified and experienced technicians doned appropriate Personal Protective Equipment,  setup a negative air containment, installed a negative air machine and responsibly removed all affected materials.  All remaining materials were adequately sanded, cleaned and had an application of a biodegradable & organic disinfectant applied to them.  After the remediation was completed, a licensed industrial hygienist performed a mold clearance test to determine the site was habitable.
