Electrical Fire

This customer had an electrical fire that almost destroyed their home.  There was thick black soot throughout every area.  The soot was sticky and had a very pungent odor.  The customer called the experts at SERVPRO to help them with their disaster.  Our experienced and certified crews were able to get the walls cleaned up and all the odors out!  Our crews at SERVPRO utilize cleaning products specially designed and mixed at the cleaning product plant at SERVPRO Headquarters.  These specialized products were able to cut through the thick, sticky soot to remove the visible damage and airborne odors.  The customer was amazed by our teams' knowledge and skills.
