Water Damage Inspection

This series of pictures illustrates the importance of a professional water inspection by the restoration crew.  The certified and experience crews with SERVPRO of Elk Grove / Laguna are well training and thorough.  As you can see in the second picture, moisture had migrated under the insulation and saturated the drywall.  If left unaddressed, the drywall could have become unstable and collapsed into the room below.  It also could have grown mold in greatly increased the scope of work to address the wet materials.  Our high quality crews at SERVPRO identified the moisture, removed the wet insulation and dried the drywall quickly to prevent further damage.  The actions of the SERVPRO crew lower the cost and timeline of the project.
